Once per quarter, CRC provides a written aircheck review of all major dayparts submitted by the client's station. This review assesses talent strengths and weaknesses, detailing specific goals and objectives for individual personalities.
Competitive Aircheck Review:
Once per quarter, we offer a
written analysis of all direct competitors. Analysis is based on
client supported airchecks of competing radio stations.
Pre-Survey Conference Call:
Prior to each Arbitron Quarter, CRC
recommends a conference call with
station management and Program Director to discuss sweeps strategy,
competitor's strategy, contesting, marketing, and promotional activity
relating to the upcoming Arbitron ratings period. CRC will help develop an executable Programming & Marketing Action Plan via conference call.
Availability:
Due to our extensive experience in the programming field, we understand that it is necessary to react to competitive challenges quickly. Therefore, our service offers 7 day a week availability. Our objective is to win, so we're here for you whenever you need us!
Full Branding Audit:
Once per quarter, CRC will review all elements of the station branding effort including on-air, website, audio streaming, e-mail blasts, and all major marketing efforts.
In Person Market Analysis:
On a monthly basis, CRC conducts comprehensive market monitors of client stations and direct competitors. In addition, our monthly visits provide an opportunity for modifying and adjusting programming, marketing and promotional plans, plus air talent critiques.
Weekly Music Call:
All current music is reviewed with Program Directors on a weekly basis to insure that music programming matches core audience expectations and reflects current local and national music research.
Music Programming Review:
Once per quarter, we provide a written review of your music programming based on supplied music logs. Reviews provide an evaluation of station's music-considering key areas such as familiarity, flow, balance, demographic and gender appeal.
Production/Imaging Samplers:
Once per quarter, a cassette and written report featuring creative promotional and imaging samples from other markets will be compiled and distributed by CRC.
Programming Talent Database:
Upon request, CRC will provide a confidential list of potential candidates for upcoming openings. These include air talent, production talent, newscasters and Program Directors.
